This page will give you a rough idea of my travels over the last 24 hours. If I am in one place for more than 30 minutes I am likely to be sleeping, eating or recovering.
I am using the FollowMee App on my cell phone and it will update my position every 20 - 30 minutes providing there is cell coverage.
